Our venue space can host up to 50 guests seated comfortably for dinner , 75 guests for continuous cocktail style events, and 100 guests for special events.
We can also accommodate 30 guests for a seated wedding ceremony.

The rental rate for our venue on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday is $750. If you’d like to inquire about a midweek rental, please contact us directly celebrate@elitevenuebaltimore.com.

Yes! Rental fee includes:
Ceremony set up.
Silk florals and draping.
Tables and chairs for up to 50 people.
Use of private bridal suite and groom’s lounge for getting ready.
Fee parking.
An on-site coordinator for the duration of the event, including set-up, break-down, and clean-up.

The basic rental is for a 4-hour period. This period includes getting ready one hour before the event, two hour event, and one hour after the event for cleanup. Contact us for more details about additional hours celebrate@elitevenuebaltimore.com.

A 50% payment and a signed contract is required to book the space. The full balance is due 30 days prior to your event date. If you're interested in booking the space, reach out to us to schedule a phone call or a tour of the space.

The Elite Venue Baltimore does have 6 free private parking spots in front of the building for guests. Also there is plenty of free public parking surrounding the building.

Our event clients may use their own licensed caterer or may opt to use our in house preferred caterers.

Alcohol for events at the Elite Venue Baltimore must be procured, provided, and served by an approved caterer.

The caterer and other vendors that have been hired by our event clients, such as lighting and furniture rental companies, are responsible for all load-in, set-up, break-down, and cleanup.
